纹发（SMP，头皮微色素）Scalp micropigmentation (SMP)

怎么做How it works
头皮美容纹绣：把细小的色素点纹进头皮，减少头皮与头发之间的颜色对比，让头皮透光处没那么明显；剃短时看起来像刚剃的发根。A cosmetic scalp tattoo: fine pigment dots are placed in the scalp to reduce the contrast between scalp and hair, so less scalp shows through; with a buzz cut they resemble freshly shaved follicles.
适合谁Who it suits
想用色素点减少头皮透光、平头或短发、接受分几次完成的人。People who want pigment dots to reduce scalp show-through, keep a buzz cut or short hair, and are fine with several sessions.
恢复期Downtime
按纹发店家的护理说明。Follow the provider’s aftercare advice.
次数Sessions
通常分几次完成，之后需要补色。Usually several sessions, then touch-ups.

植发Hair transplant

怎么做How it works
外科手术：从供发区（通常是后脑）取出毛囊，移植到稀疏处，一般使用局部麻醉。Surgery: follicles are taken from a donor area (usually the back of the head) and implanted where hair is thin, typically under local anaesthetic.
适合谁Who it suits
供发量足够、接受手术、费用和恢复时间的人；由医生评估是否适合。People with enough donor hair who are comfortable with surgery, the cost and the recovery time; suitability is assessed by the doctor.
恢复期Downtime
涉及恢复期，可能有肿胀和结痂；恢复安排由医生说明。A recovery period, which can involve swelling and scabbing; your doctor explains the timing.
次数Sessions
一次或多次手术，加上恢复期；移植的头发需要几个月才稳定。One or more operations plus recovery; transplanted hair takes several months to settle.

Simulation & Stimulation（模拟与刺激）Simulation & Stimulation

怎么做How it works
NPM Malaysia 的非手术到店项目，一次约 3–4 小时，分两部分：Simulation 用生物相容色素，在稀疏处做出分层的发丝视觉；Stimulation 在同一次照顾头皮环境。NPM Malaysia’s non-surgical in-centre session, about 3–4 hours, in two parts: Simulation uses bio-compatible pigment to create a layered strand look in thinning areas; Stimulation looks after the scalp environment in the same visit.
适合谁Who it suits
不想手术、不方便请假、想保留短发、中长发或原本发型，希望一次完成的人。开始前先做头皮检测，适合才进行。People who prefer no surgery, can’t take long leave, want to keep short, medium-length or their current hairstyle, and prefer a single visit. A scalp assessment comes first; we only proceed if it is suitable.
恢复期Downtime
非手术，不开刀、不取发；做完当天可照常生活。Non-surgical, with no cutting and no hair harvesting; you carry on as normal the same day.
次数Sessions
一次到店，约 3–4 小时；之后可按需要补做。One visit of about 3–4 hours; top-ups later if you want them.

三种做法，哪一个是手术？Which of the three is surgery?

只有植发是手术。纹发是头皮美容纹绣，Simulation & Stimulation 是非手术到店项目。Only a hair transplant is surgery. SMP is a cosmetic scalp tattoo, and Simulation & Stimulation is a non-surgical in-centre session.

Simulation & Stimulation 和纹发有什么不同？How is Simulation & Stimulation different from SMP?

纹发用色素点减少头皮透光，较适合平头或短发，通常分几次并需补色。Simulation & Stimulation 用生物相容色素做出分层的发丝视觉，可配合短发、中长发或原本发型，并在同一次照顾头皮环境，一次约 3–4 小时。SMP uses pigment dots to reduce scalp show-through, suits a buzz cut or short hair, and usually takes several sessions plus touch-ups. Simulation & Stimulation uses bio-compatible pigment for a layered strand look that works with short, medium-length or your current hairstyle, and looks after the scalp environment in the same 3–4 hour visit.

需要请假吗？Do I need to take leave?

Simulation & Stimulation 是非手术、没有恢复期，做完当天照常生活。植发涉及手术与恢复期，请先向医生了解安排。Simulation & Stimulation is non-surgical with no downtime, so you carry on as normal the same day. A transplant involves surgery and recovery; ask your doctor about the timing.

做了 Simulation & Stimulation，以后还能考虑植发吗？Can I still consider a transplant later?

可以。它不开刀、不取发，不影响你日后的选择。Yes. It involves no surgery and no harvesting, so it doesn’t affect your future options.

怎么知道哪一种适合我？How do I know which suits me?

先来做免费的头皮检测：顾问用仪器查看头皮、测量稀疏范围，说明适不适合。不适合会直接告诉你，检测完可以回家慢慢考虑，没有任何承诺。Come in for a free scalp assessment: our consultant looks at your scalp with an instrument, measures the thinning area and explains whether it suits you. If it doesn’t, we tell you directly. You can go home and think it over; there’s no obligation.

咨询要付费吗？一定要做吗？Is the consultation paid? Do I have to go ahead?

咨询免费，没有任何承诺，不买也完全没问题。The consultation is free, with no obligation; not going ahead is completely fine.

什么时候可以来？有停车位吗？When can I come? Is there parking?

门店每天 10:30am–7:30pm 营业（包括周末）；咨询每天 11am–4pm，需预约，不接受 walk-in。The Starling 商场设有停车场。The centre is open daily 10:30am–7:30pm, weekends included. Consultations run 11am–4pm daily by appointment only (no walk-in). The Starling Mall has its own car park.

比较时还应该问什么？What should I ask when comparing?

谁来做？用什么材料？之后要不要补做？报价是不是按测量的面积？纹发还可以问针具是否一次性、如何消毒。Who does it? What materials are used? Will touch-ups be needed? Is the quote based on a measured area? For SMP, also ask whether needles are single-use and how the workstation is sterilised.
